Jaeger-LeCoultre Club automatic Day-Date Circa 1970 Rare vintage 36mm JLC Club Caliber. 2066 (model E300142) with Day-Date function. The rarity also lies in the original condition of this JLC. Case measures 36.3mm across excluding crown with lug-to-lug width of 42mm and case thickness of 12.5mm which easily slips under shirt cuffs. Perfect for boardroom meetings and dress watch for men as well as for the sporty & elegant executive ladies alike.

This classic early 70s JLC runs on an in-house movement which made JLC famous for being a watchmaker's choice of watches to this day. Comes with a JLC presentation box. This is a superb opportunity to own this original condition rare JLC Club day date.

In excellent working order and keeping accurate time. Please do not confuse some reflections captured by the camera as marks on the crystal, dial or case. Original Dial: Signed Jaeger LeCoultre Club Swiss Made T. Silver sunburst dial with unique highly polished concave applied hour markers, original hands, tritium lume plots on hour markers and hands are all intact, clean day & date wheels. Dial has foxing around the edge of the dial and some small marks commensurate with age and wear, nothing major.

There are some lume plots that have perished over time only noticeable under magnification. Overall the dial has a beautiful patina. Original Crystal: Acrylic dome crystal is in good condition for age.

Has some surface hairline scratches commensurate with age, not noticeable unless using a X4 loupe or looking very closely. Original Case: 36mm case without crown.

Has some surface hairline scratches associated with Stainless steel commensurate with wear and age. There are no deep scratches or dents that I can see.

Original Case back cover outer: Screw back case, numbered 1352649. Has some surface hairline scratches associated with Polished metals commensurate with wear and age. Original case back cover inner: Signed Le-Coultre Co, Swiss, Acier Inoxydable, Numbered 300142. In excellent condition with seal present. Original Movement: Signed LeCoultre Co 25 Jewels.

In good working condition and keeping accurate time, day and date. Strap/Buckle: New good quality unauthentic aftermarket leather strap and steel buckle will be fitted. The strap seen in photos is the old one. Presentation Box: Signed Jaeger Le-Coultre.
