A very nice Stainless Steel Seiko 5 produced in June 1973. Certainly one of the best movement ever used in a Seiko 5. Please study photos for condition, all functions work as they should. I believe the dial, hands, crown, caseback and movement is original.Case measure 38mm across, 42mm from lug to lug, 20mm between lugs, 11mm thick. Service history unknown, movement is clean without rust or any visible problems. Judging from the timegrapher the movement perform very good with excellent time keeping, a beat error showing 0.0 is more than you can expect from a movement like this as anything below 1 is good, so a result this good is a testament to the quality of these vintage Seiko movements. I have brand new Seiko and other high quality watches does not come close to 0.0 on beat error. Also please note these Seiko movements are only automatic and is not possible to hand wind, only the movement of the rotor will wind the movement. Regarding changing month and date these can be quick set by pushing in the crown with a toothpick or similar, a light push will change the date, a harder push will also change the month.
