Made in Japan, this watch is in good condition with the original mechanism and case from 1993. Pepsi black and red rotating bezel and blue wave dial with white lumed hands and red pointed second hand. Lumed baton markers with date at 3 o'clock. Water resistant to200m (not personally tested, no guarantee). Double clasp on the Seiko branded bracelet.
Unmarked other thana very small surface scratch under the crown on the back of the case. The bezel is a bit loose when in use - not clicking perfectly, but more than useable.
The face of the watch has been replaced with new dial, hands, and bezel so in mint condition. Case is 42mm and bracelet easily fits 20cm wrist.
Good timekeeper and good power reserve, tested over 3 days - no problems. It has a screwdown crown to keep it watertight, unscrew by turning the crown anti-clockwise and pull out to the first position to change date (anti-clockwise), pull out to second stop to change the time (clockwise). Do not change the date between 8pmand 4am as this may result in the quick date setting to be faulty.
Once finished with the quick set adjustment(s) push the crown in and screw clockwise. Like most Seiko automatics of this type this is a no-wind watch, it runs purely on motion so will stop if you stop wearing it after a day or so. To get it running if the reserve has wound down, simply hold the watch with the face up and move the watch in a gentle circular motion for a couple of minutes or so. Once this is done, wear the watch daily as normal and it will keep running. This item is in the category "Jewellery & Watches\Watches, Parts & Accessories\Watches\Wristwatches".
