SEWILLS RAF Edition Automatic SWISS ETA 50 Years Battle Of Britain Watch

  

For sale is this SEWILLS of Liverpool RAF Automatic SWISS ETA 2824-2 cal watch commemorating 50 years since the Battle Of Britain. This should appeal to quite a wide audience of RAF/military/Battle of Britain/SEWILLS or any Swiss automatic watch collectors. The watch for its age is in very good condition and shows just a small amount of wear with micro dinks to case and areas around lugs where straps have been changed but the crystal is very clean.

There is some lovely detailing to rear of case with an image of a Hurricane and Spitfire etched into the viewing glass where you can see the Swiss movement too. The case is approximately 40mm and has a beautiful sandblast finish and this houses the 25 jewel Swiss ETA movement (2824-2) which to no surprise runs incredibly well keeping excellent time and holds a very good power reserve.

Time and date changing functions are working as they should and date changes on the 12. I have fitted a brand new Zulu Diver leather NATO watch strap which looks amazing and enhances the military look.
